Add Moodle + Pohoda connectors

- Moodle: courses->goals, assignments->tasks, completion, grades, webhook
- Pohoda: XML-RPC adapter, invoice sync, webhook
- All 3 connectors (Odoo, Moodle, Pohoda) returning 200
